“Amazing product and amazing customer service! After looking at many different options, we decided to reach out to the Wool Bed Company in regards to a custom mattress for our antique sofa bed. Don was extremely interested and excited to take on the project and assured us that we would be completely satisfied with the end result. After a few phone conversations and pictures sent our mattress was delivered ahead of schedule and at the quoted price. Don personally delivered the mattress to East Troy, WI and helped set the mattress in place. He wanted to make sure that the mattress would be comfortable on top of the 100 year old springs and that it would fold away when not in use. The mattress is beyond comfortable and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the value and customer service we received. We have been sleeping on a wool bed topper from the Wool Bed Company for approximately 20 years and absolutely love it! The wool topper is healing for those of us with fibromyalgia and also helps to regulate body temperature all year round. I will never be without my wool topper! I occasionally sleep on the extremely comfortable sofa bed when my husband’s snoring becomes too much - never a bad nights sleep at our house 💕”
