I am so glad I did , and wish I would have joined sooner. All of the Trainers are excellent and really know their stuff. They will push you , but also recognize your limits, and will adjust accordingly. The owners are so professional ,and so willing to work with you , no matter your age , or fitness level. It is a very comfortable environment for all ages and body types. You really feel like you are in a one on one training session, even though there are others in your class. Every day there are lots of different class times , made to accommodate everyone's schedule . I went in thinking it would be a 3 or 4 time a week thing, but I have found that I want to go every day ! I feel much better overall ,and have much more energy all day long . It is very rewarding ! Highly recommend !!”
