I had no problem getting my insurance verified a few weeks back and scheduling and appointment. Betty was very friendly and provided me paperwork ahead of my appointment. I met Dr. Huepfel in the waiting room this morning, he was welcoming and professional. Amy took care of my cleaning and did an amazing job! She made sure I was comfortable the entire process and answered any dental questions I had along the way. Dr. Heupfel checked out my teeth and xrays and gave me a thumbs up for taking care of my teeth! I also was given an "A+" from Amy. Overall this was a very pleasant experience for being a new patient. I am glad that I have such a nice dental office in the area. I would recommend anyone in the ares to check them out! I am excited to try out the whitening kits they gave me free after my cleaning!”
