It's a group of amazing people, lead by amazing coaches, all who are always encouraging, to everyone. There's good reason that's needed. The classes the Nolan's create for us are very demanding, but structured in a way that when if your not fully capable of the full routine, they give ways you can strengthen the required part of your body, developing good form (they are big on form & direct training w/ you) until you can do it. I can see why so many people say that TFW has "changed [their] life" for the better. It's the best thing I've ever seen to truly transform your health, while just embracing it as a part of your daily life. I've only been going 3 months, but can't imagine ever leaving.
