That all changed last December when I walked into anytime and met with Mitch. He took the time to get to know me, what my goals were, what my struggles were. He encouraged me to join and sign up for the small group training classes and the 6 week nutrition challenge. And I am so glad I did. They have been absolutely life changing. Not only have I lost weight and gained muscle but I have also gained self confidence and improved my mental health. They hold me accountable to coming to class and the workouts are always different and challenging. They have different focus days and also faster paced team training sessions as well. I love the variety and the trainers. Every trainer and coach I’ve worked with has been kind, considerate, knowledgeable and helpful. I am so thankful for the staff at Anytime and I can’t wait to sign up for next year already. My mental and physical health is worth the money.”
