I took my daughter to him for a second opinion after spending 9 months under the care of a pediatric urologist at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. In the 9 months at Children’s my concerns were ignored and my child suffered. I couldn’t believe the night and day difference I experienced with Dr. Balcom. I could tell Dr. Balcom truly cared and he took his time and did a very detailed exam. He then took a lot of time to explain things to me and even showed me images from my daughter’s ultrasound. He was so personable. I left the office feeling like we were a team and we were doing everything possible to get to the root of my child’s problem. I am so happy I found him and would tell anyone looking for a urologist for their child to see him! My daughter loved him too, she even said “I really like that doctor” as we were leaving :) He was just fantastic!”

“After neglecting my back and neck for 5 years I decided to schedule an appointment at JCC due to convenience and because they accept my insurance. I have been going to a chiropractor since I was 14 and worked for one for a short time so I knew what to expect going in. When I first walked in to make a new patient appointment I was greeted with a friendly face from Jill, the receptionist. She was very knowledgeable, took my insurance information and just genuinely seemed to care about my concerns and why I was making my appointment. Fast forward to today, I had my first appointment and Jill had all my insurance info entered in to their system and told me about my insurance benefits and the coverage. I then met Dr Clayborn. He was very friendly and listened to me, asked me about my activities that aggravate my back and neck and started his treatment plan from there. Due to me not having digital images in a long time he took some new ones and showed me the issues he saw in the images and explained in detail the affects it has on my body. Doctor then did some stretches with me and minor manipulation. He gave me what he thought was the best treatment plan was for me and I agreed. I am beyond satisfied with my first visit and I suggest that if you are looking for a chiropractor to go set up an appointment with Jill and see Dr Clayborn.”
