“The team at Hammers was great to work with from beginning to end! Collin responded to my initial repair inquiry within one day. I was looking for rust/cosmetic repair and he referred me to another business because that isn’t something they specialize in. He could’ve just told me “no” and left it at that. Knowing I had other issues that needed attention and because of how quickly he responded, I went right back to them within a few days to get some mechanical repairs taken care of first. Again, Collin responded within a day. I was able to get my Jeep into them in the next couple of days and on the day of drop off I received a call about all of my repair concerns and other items that could use attention (I did ask for them to give it a once over for anything else). After giving Collin the go ahead, I received a call the next day saying it was ready for pickup which was somewhat of a surprise! I was given an estimate of a one to two day turnaround, but there was a lot of work to be done and some of it not so minor. I stopped in the next day to pick up my Jeep and had a very nice conversation with the woman behind the desk (I can’t recall her name) about the free loaner car they provided me. She gave me the invoice and again I was shocked, it was actually about $200 less than the quote I received on the phone! I will definitely be going back to Hammers for my future needs!”
