“I needed a tow. I contacted my roadside assistance and they assigned Frank Brown Towing to pick my car up. I had the destination listed as the dealership. The driver, Billy, called to see what was going on. He asked if my car was still under warranty. I explained that it was not, but that I was sending my car to the dealership with the hope of being able to sell once the repair was done. He said this made sense, and otherwise he would have recommended a transmission place to save on the sticker-shock of a dealership. I appreciated him looking out for me. He was so nice and sweet on the phone. My boyfriend met him at the car to hand over keys. My boyfriend even commented on how nice Billy was and how quick the tow was. I had never interacted with Frank Brown towing before today, but if I ever need a tow again, I will definitely be contacting them!”
