“This spot is usually very quiet, as most people who travel along this road are probably heading towards one of the parkers further up the road, or they're going to Pine Flat. I went during springtime and was pleasantly greeted with lush green grass, large oaks and a lazy Kings River meandering it's way down south. If you follow the trail North, you'll eventually come to a weir where you can stop and dip your toes in the water. I managed to catch a wonderful sunset with my dog while I was there.”

“I was referred to Spinal Dynamics to work with a physical therapist for the pain caused by cervical bulging discs. I had received PT before with a different service with no relief, so I had low expectations when I began treatment at Spinal Dynamics. I was pleasantly surprised my first visit. My therapist, Meg, took the time to listen to my symptoms, perform an exam, and discuss her thoughts on a treatment plan for me. She even began with dry needling my first appointment, which brought immediate relief to my tight muscles. I have had a few visits with Meg since then, and each time, she works with me from the first minute of my session to the last (and sometimes a few over), from stretches to dry needling to showing me ways to better exercise by body at home. She has made some great recommendations for products which have brought relief between appointments. I have been so much more comfortable since I began treatment with Meg. She is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Spinal Dynamics is a great facility; it is clean, well-kept, and the staff is friendly. The gym has large picture windows that look out onto a beautiful golf course. What a great view while receiving therapy! I would definitely recommend Spinal Dynamics and the services of Meg Gogin for all your spinal PT needs.”
