During this pandemic, it’s easy to forget about customer service and the goal is to just get in and out of stores... but that was not the case at this Walgreens store #04556. I was in here today for some hair color, but I did not really know which shade to get. Vicki helped me all the way though the process. She even made sure I had the right tools like a brush and a mixing bowl. She asked me if I knew about the promotion, buy 2 get the 3rd free, so I would get the accessories free with the purchase of both hair dyes! Yes! Also, she rang me out at the counter, and checked for any points I could use with my card and even signed me up for the beauty club! So now I got an additional 5000 points today and she even gave me some free trial beauty items! VICKI, THANK YOU for your wonderful customer service today. You made me want to keep coming back just for you!”
