“So, I rarely give reviews because is seems that anything less than a "five" is taken as an insult, where I think that a "five" should be reserved only for the truly exceptional. In mom's year-and-a-half stay at Villagio of McKinney, I can say that it HAS been an exceptional experience the entire time. From the caring staff (whom we've gotten to know well, as the turnover seems very low), the very involved and professional director, the meals (mom always complained about the food at her previous facility), the engaged activities director and the large, comfortable rooms, I cannot imagine that my mother could have been taken care of any better. In my opinion, if Villagio is not on your list of places to see, then you're missing out.”
