“My doctor Todd Miller was excellent, but my experience with Aurora's billing department was one if the worst experiences I've had with a business. Unfortunately I will need to find a new doctor because I can't trust Aurora after this. -Update- I had someone call me from Aurora after this and was able to get on the phone with my insurance company and straighten this issue out. They also gave me some advice on how to avoid billing problems in the future. Good customer service, I just wish it had happened on the first call instead of the sixth.”
