Our 100 year old house came with a few quirks, like uneven ceilings, various flooring materials, and interesting floor layouts to name a few. AR was able to come up with creative and smart solutions to each of these while keeping in line with the aesthetic of an old historical home. The quality of the work is top of the line: Amish-constructed cabinetry, custom installation, extremely capable subs. The communication was excellent, with continual updates via text and email. We plan on hiring again for future projects.”

“This is hands down the best experience my wife and I have had in an apartment in DFW by far. Move in: very smooth, the unit was spotless when we first arrived and immediately had a great feeling about our new living situation. In the past few months of living here, my opinion has only gone up! The amenities are very well kept up with, from the large gym (always spotless) to the pool, grilling areas and dog park, all of which we use. Very well maintained. We had a issue with our sink leaking, and it was replaced immediately. Benjamin K is the maintenance tech we have been in contact with and he is extremely polite and capable. Even the trash rooms are a huge step up from what we expected. The location is amazing, walking distance to bars and restaurants and feels very very safe and free of common city problems we have encountered at past apartments. The staff is extremely responsive and kind, and the residents are quiet and very friendly. Very family friendly place to live, with the average age of residents being outside of the college age group we had become accustom too. Highly recommend!”

The Dischler main office team was very responsive to getting us a bid, following up for scheduling and even notified us of a cancellation so we were able to sneak in early. Chad & Austin arrived promptly at their scheduled time, they wore their masks and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. They communicated what their plan was, the estimated timeline, notified us on their completion and explained "next steps" for us so we could fully understand. They also reminded us that we can call at any time if we have questions or need help. They were very pleasant and easy to engage with....great guys. We've hired Dischlers in the past and have always been impressed with their knowledgable staff, attention to detail and great communication skills.
