“I had a test done at this hospital, and was nervous after reading some of these negative reviews, however, I had zero reason to be concerned. From the moment I checked in at the registration desk, by the super friendly staff, to the technicians (Kyle, Jaime and I think her name was Megan) to the physician, Dr. Hansen, performing the exam, I couldn't be more pleased. Everyone was very reassuring, and explained everything in detail, as to what was going to happen. I applaud their "bed side manner," and appreciate their genuine concern and professionalism. “This Hospital is a very special place. All the Staff is very Friendly and very Professional with their treatment. The Nurses keep you informed on all your medications and explain all procedures. The Food is so good it is like ordering from a fine Restaurant with a complete menu. The Rooms are so nice & keep clean everyday. There is a Healing Garden with a large Pond and with so many Beautiful flowers Just out side the Hospital. I can't think of a Better Place to go if your in need of a newly Modern Hospital. Jim”

“I thought I had a kidney stone but this new, clean, well-equipped facility was able to give me a CT scan. The super smart doctor and her team figured it out and smoothly got me over to Froedtert where could get an MRI showing a herniated lumbar disc. I got right in quickly which is important when you're in severe pain. They even have beds for overnight and are connected to and staffed by all the best expertise of Froedtert Community Health and MCOW. This is a real bonus to our community with convenience and top notch care. Very grateful!”

“I've had two major reconstructive surgeries here and have had the best experience each time under the circumstances. My surgeon, Dr. Williams, is an amazing human and extremely talented. Her team is full of amazing individuals as well, Kiki is full of knowledge, Dr. Funk was so helpful, and My anesthesia team was perfect. My post opp was very comfortable, with help from Darrell and others, who were on point and even shared in some laughs. Also, the Techs and Nurses were so kind and prompt in any care I needed. My nurse Adam was the best and took care of me when all my pain was coming back after my nerve block wore off. Thank you all so much for making such a stressful experience an enjoyable one that I can look back on as a success.”
