Well, with a lot of elbow grease, a Simple Green solution, my husband and my brother got it looking almost like new. (See pictures of before and after) They will need to do one more cleaning and polishing then seal it to stave off tarnishing and corrosion. We ultimately chose to cancel the contract for a new marker in leu of how well the cleaning worked. Stacy, the manager, was very understanding and gracious about it, cancelled our contract and refunded our down payment. If in the future, we ultimately need to replace the marker, our choice of the new one will be held on file, making it easier to replace.”
