“This was our first time here. My husband and I both had the haddock fish fry. We were very happy with it. He had the coleslaw and German potato salad, and enjoyed it immensely. I had the cucumber salad and baked potato, and was also very satisfied. The dry martini was great, very crisp, and the lowest price I've seen for top shelf!! The hostess was warm and welcoming. Our waitress was knowledgeable and sincere. We even had a chance to meet the owner. He was friendly, and obviously had an interest in us as people, not just profit. We didn't sit at the bar, but will next time we go. Reservations are recommended, so feel free to call ahead. Definitely recommend trying this local supper club!”

“The last Saturday of of the month they have a German buffet, and a polka accordian/singer. Their German potato salad is the best ever. Our waitress was so friendly and helpful. I ordered prime rib, a Saturday special. It was very tender and flavorful with a homemade au jus. Homemade mini loaves of bread. A very well stocked and fresh salad bar. Only thing I was not satisfied with was the bloody Mary. It was not the best tasting and came with only a small pickle and lots of ice. Their special tonight was grasshoppers, brandy Alexander and peach ice cream drinks for $2.50. And to best serve all the customers the tables are close providing a cozy atmosphere. You can make reservations online and check out the menu. Highly recommend this place. To find a supper club in today's time of closures it is rare to find one equal to this one.”

One day not too long ago, We saw they did custom donuts for birthdays and knew we needed to do this for our 1 year olds birthday coming up. Went in and made an order with ease. “I grew up in an area that had more single spot, old school custard and grilled burger concepts instead of just drive through mass produced stuff. This reminds me of home. Of how things used to be. The custard here rivals my hometown spots of Ted Drew's and Fritz's. Rich and tasty. Sitting on a bench with it dripping down the cone into your fingers while you make memories with your kids. The hero of their stand for me though is the burgers. Locally sourced beef that you can almost sense you drove past the farm a few days prior. You know it's great quality. The cheese is the right kind that melts but doesn't dissolve away. Rough chopped onions. I like the Chicago relish on mine. Just a great old school burger that I could eat in place of almost every other burger for the season they are open. I appreciate the fact that food is not being handed to me 3 minutes after I ordered it. That's how it should be: grilled to order, one order at a time. For those wanting food faster, I would suggest one the golden arches. For those wanting a freshly made amazing tasting burger, this is for you”

“First time visit to Great Outdoors Supper Club and it was spectacular! We tried the old fashion, margarita and spicy old fashion and all were good. They did have a good beer menu with flights available. The Reuben rolls appetizer was so good! Very original and delicious, especially if you love Reuben’s. For dinner our party tried the large hot dog with brisket, chicken Parmesan, and 35oz rib. All very well done. The prime rib was cooked perfectly. For dessert we tried the grasshopper, the dreamsicle, golden Cadillac, and white dove. All dessert drinks were very well done. For sure will be back!”

“This is our very favorite restaurant in Edgerton Wisconsin that we love to go to! It takes me back to my childhood to go here and I am 65 years old! It's so cool where they have the drive up menus where you can order from your vehicle- just like in the 60s! It has their wonderful delicious A&W traditional food and of course the yummiest root beer and ice cream root beer floats! The prices of their food and desserts are very family friendly! They even have a jukebox inside- we usually go inside and dine with our family and grandchildren! The staff is always friendly and helpful and they usually bring your food right to the table. We love making our family memories here! The restaurant is light and airy as well and I know children feel very comfortable -truly everyone of all ages do! Bathrooms were clean and fresh!
