Villa Palermo Factory & Company Store

Address: 3301 W Canal St, Milwaukee, WI 53208, USA

Restaurant

“Been eating this pizza for several years, though I must state clearly, I DO NOT EAT IT AS IS. I buy the thin crust cheese pizza, which is the only such pizza I can find in the local market, where the pizza section is HUGE. I like thin crust, and I don't want a pizza that has two pounds of grated cheese on it. I add pieces of sliced ham (not Canadian bacon), sliced avocado, and some grated mozzarella, so if there's already an excess of cheese, the pizza isn't a good candidate for my additions. Anyway, a got a pizza from a big local store. It comes without a box, with a paper round on top, and shrink wrapped ultra-thin plastic with the cooking instructions on the bottom. This one happened to NOT have gotten the cardboard round that should've been underneath for support and protection. Surprise, surprise, it was cracked in half. Just couldn't make it work for my elaborations. Called the company, explained what had happened, and they promptly sent a coupon for a replacement. Hey, s**t happens, and when a company makes it right, that's what you should want from them, right?”

The Fire Pit Sports Bar & Grill

“A great variety of different restaurants to get a quick meal. There is a lot of seating and a soda dispenser to get unlimited soda and also to get condiments as well.”

The Buffet at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino

Address: 1721 W Canal St, Milwaukee, WI 53233, USA

Restaurant

“i always come here for the All you can eat crab legs on Fridays. Fair warning: The lines are LONG to get in to the buffet and LONG for crab legs. You literally have to arrive early before the buffet opens at 4PM to get in line and, even then, there's a line waiting to get into the buffet. If you arrive at 4PM, the line can wind through slot machines and everything. One time we came at 5PM, didn't get in until 7:30PM, and didn't get out until 10:20PM. Arriving early is key to a good experience here on crab leg day. Last Friday I got lucky and there was literally no line to get crab legs! They brought out fresh ones and I was able to grab a plate and go straight up! Other days the crab leg line reaches the dessert section. The food here is upscale Old Country Buffett. Their desserts are amazing, especially the creme brulee. On Wednesdays and Fridays it's $35 with a fire keeper's card (which I recommend everyone to get since it's free to sign up for) and $41 without a card.”

Bella Italiana

Address: 1721 W Canal St, Milwaukee, WI 53233, USA

Restaurant

“Delicious Italian food. We had the dinner special with salad, entre and dessert. Well worth the $18. The bread was do good we asked for seconds. Service was very good and they weren't crowded for a Saturday night.”

“This is my favorite restaurant in Potawatomi. The food is good, prices right and the staff if great. Ashley was my server now a couple of times and I really appreciate her awesome customer service. Love her spirit, so sweet.”

Restaurant

“Service, food, wine...too notch! This is fine dining to the T. Team service, from bussers to managers, everyone is on point. Not a beat skipped. Steaks were perfectly cooked. Food did not lack a single bit of flavor. Everything was impeccable and well worth the time and money. There 3 course meal is an incredible deal. Don't pass this place up, it should be ranked up there with Milwaukee's finest.”

RuYi

Address: 1721 W Canal St, Milwaukee, WI 53233, USA

Restaurant

“Fantastic food. Really interesting sushi rolls, great Pho, and unique Asian dishes. The only drawbacks are that the service usually is terrible, and you get all smokey just walking through the casino.”

Black Sheep MKE

Address: 216 S 2nd St, Milwaukee, WI 53204, USA

Restaurant

“Had delicious chicken and waffles, great Irish coffee, and a awesome bloody. The staff is all very helpful and attentive even if you aren't technically their table and the bartender had a fantastic way of narrowing down food choices for me without needing to ask 50 questions. Overall great experience and I would be happy to go again.”

O'Lydia's Bar and Grill

Address: 338 S 1st St, Milwaukee, WI 53204, USA

Restaurant

“Great little hole in the wall restaurant. From the outside, you would not expect such great food, drinks, and service as it is off the beaten path. We came for trivia night and were surprised to see how big the dining area was. Staff was very friendly and accommodating despite it being incredibly busy. One change I would suggest is either making the mic for trivia louder or reserving a section for trivia players as it was pretty hard to hear the questions from where we were sitting. Otherwise, great experience and I will definitely be coming back!”

Toast

Address: 231 S 2nd St, Milwaukee, WI 53204, USA

Restaurant

“I really liked it. The atmosphere was relaxing. We were fortunate enough to be able to sit at the outdoor patio. The food was great with a nice selection. For breakfast the cost was reasonable. The taste was great. The size wasn't huge which may sound bad but it was the right amount. Not what other places serve which is just obscene. My only issue were the chairs on the patio they are more for lounging then eating at a table. But once I was done eating they were fine for drinking my Bloody Mary.”

Boo Boo's Sandwich Shop

Address: 405 S 2nd St, Milwaukee, WI 53204, USA

Restaurant

“First time here. Small menu with the option of hot or cold sandwiches with sides of soup, fries or potato chips. Got the Milly Philly (a cheese steak sandwich) and the red pepper bisque soup. The bread for the sandwich was amazing as was the sandwich itself. The soup was warm and filling. Will definitely go here again.”

Soup Bros

Address: 209 W Florida St, Milwaukee, WI 53204, USA

Restaurant

“Soup Bros is amazing. The soups I've had are delicious, and they're served with some fresh warm bread. Bottled and canned beverage options available. There's limited seating, so most orders are takeout. Love the decor, and the staff are so friendly. Perfect local lunch option and WAY better than chains that serve similar menu items.”

Harbor House

Address: 550 N Harbor Dr, Milwaukee, WI 53202, USA

Restaurant

“Harbor House is the type of place local celebrities congregate (you may see a Bucks player here and there, or the mayor, alderpeople, local news, etc). It's classy, elegant, the food is superb, the service impeccable. We were sat at the best seat in the house, with one of the best views this city has to offer. Simply fabulous watching the sunset over the city. The food was excellent, and not a thing was out of place. One of the best higher end restaurants in Milwaukee. If you love fish and seafood coupled with classy decor and views that are easy on the eyes - you definitely should put Harbor House on your list.”

Bartolotta's Lake Park Bistro

Address: 3133 E Newberry Blvd, Milwaukee, WI 53211, USA

Restaurant

“One of our favorite formal dining restaurants in the city! Everything has always been top notch and we have never been disappointed. The baked french onion soup is to die for - absolute best we have ever had.”

MooSa's

Address: 2272 N Lincoln Memorial Dr, Milwaukee, WI 53202, USA

Restaurant

“This was a cool beachy area. Very yummy creamy shakes. The beach during the day is great for families but towards the end of day it gets a little rough. The sand is super smooth. We went looking for shells but there's only smooth rocks all along the water's edge. Get ready to walk because parking is along the street.”
