“If you are looking for real ice cream, then look no more. For ice cream, this is probably my most favorite place to go. Their servings are very generous, a one scoop cone has 2 large scoops and you can have 2 different flavors in the one scoop cone. The staff is always friendly. They will let you try any flavor before you buy. So you cant go wrong. If you are out in the Genesee area, I suggest stopping.”

“A Good place to bring your kids! I have 3 children ranging from 1-11 years old, and there was something for everyone. There is a small toddler area in the dining area. The food is okay, and there are many options, most of which are perfect for kids. The game room has lots of stuff for kids to do, and the cost per game varies. Depending on the day there are deals available, and the prices are very reasonable, our family was fed and entertained for hours, for what we could easily pay for just dinner. We'll definitely be coming back!”

“Great food, great service. Diamond Jim's Steakhouse is a quiet little bar/restaurant on the south side of Janesville road, just west of Highway 100 in Hales Corners. This modest establishment opened its doors to me and my friends this past week. Our intentions only to have a nice Friday fish fry, we were pleasantly surprised to become acquainted with their high quality foods and high class hospitality. From the moment you enter, to the time you leave, you are treated like family. We will definitely be going back to Jim's in the future.”

“Clifford's is one of our favorite fish fries???? Of course it is served family style & always replenished quickly when needed. The fish is outstanding, fries are nice & hot & the coleslaw is one of the best tasting along with the tartar sauce. Our little grandsons & our granddaughter love the burgers & they absolutely love the fresh buns from the bread basket. I love their rye bread. I have to say our favorite waitress is Perry. She is so great with our family & very good at her job. She loves our little boys. They are 4 & 7...they love talking to Perry (they are not shy at all) ????♂️????♂️”

“This place has the best menu options and their execution is frequently great. I live nearby and this is our regular restaurant. The Southwest Burger with a veggie patty is my usual, but always consider the specials they have on offer. They come up with new specials weekly, as well as specials unique to Friday and Saturday nights. The staff are universally in my experience attentive and nice. The prices on items are a little more than elsewhere, but it's worth it to us every time. Consistently good food.”

The bar itself dates back to the days before prohibition. Good food and lots of cold beer on tap. Try the "Spotted Cow". Only seems to be found in Southern Wisconsin. Brewed in New Glaruis.”

“Really a unique experience, this brought back memories of a few diners around Oshkosh, when I was a kid. Half of the space is dining counter/kitchen and the other half dining tables and restrooms. They have Special Boards, one for breakfast the other for lunch, then a third showing the dessert specials (homemade by Grandma). Our friend, who suggested the Rainbow Cafe, ordered the chopped sirloin and gravy with a choice of potato and vegetable, she really loves this dish. My wife had the fish fry, with potato pancake and choice of vegetable, she was impressed with the quality and taste of the fish. I ordered the pork chop dinner, 2 boneless pork chops, cooked perfectly, juicy and tender, choice of potato and choice of vegetable. Our friend and my wife took a piece of homemade raspberry pie and I took a piece of the homemade lemon cake. I was very impressed with the fact the mastalgia, but the waitress has been around for quite a while and customers appreciate the extra care they receive. The dining tables do get filled during the lunch hour, but the counter always seemed to have seats. We definitely will be coming back.”

“I came here with my sister and mom for a birthday brunch and I must say I was surprised at the outside area! Looooved it! Clean well kept and beautiful! The food was great... our server was a little slow but I believe it was because of a rush hour. Besides that I couldn’t complain. My burger wasn’t cooked to my liking so I had asked for a replacement and was given one. After we finished our meals... the manager came over and apologized and gave me a card for a free burger the next time we came back. I must say I wasn’t looking for anything like that but the way she handled the situation and was so polite makes me want to return again! Also at night they have a wonderful set up for mini fire pits with brick seats! Cozy and cute perfect for first dates or a group of family and friends! Definitely one of my new favorite spots!”
