“The bartender/owner was very very sweet and a little goofy! I was helped immediately after walking into the door. The food is typical bar food, which is great. “Real nice steakhouse. Good selection of steaks to pork to fish for everyone. Meals come with full, soup, salad, meat, potato and there was a selection of choices that worked out for everyone. Overall taste was great, you could tell it was a fine establishment that cared about the food they were serving. Server was equally as nice. Only complaint was that it was very loud and it was hard to talk without yelling, but we also went Sat night at 6pm.”

“My husband and I really enjoy this establishment. Service is friendly, classy, and attentive (not loud or disruptive like you find at lots of other restaurants). The food is outstanding. Forget everything you thought you knew about octopus, lobster, or pasta- everyone else has been doing you wrong all your life. I have to leave the table for some time to take care of some matters, and they kept my food fresh and reheated it for me when I returned. Thank you!”

“Cortese’s Banquet Hall is a nice large space for an event. My work has held luncheon parties there annually for the last 4 years. We have about 150 people, but I believe the room can hold more than that. There is a good size parking lot and there is a handicap ramp at the hall entrance. The hall is very clean as are the bathrooms. The food is freshly made and very good. Our guests are always pleased with our event when we go there.”
