I made a brisket on it also smoked ribs to very tender and moist loved it all great flavor. Then we made pizza’s on the smoker done in 2 to 3 minutes they tasted great to made several varieties of pizza’s and everyone of them where great. Now today trying to smoke 2 different flavored turkeys . We will see how they come out later. Soaked them in 2 different types of brine. You all are fantastic there.......
