We talked with him for more than an hour, and he told us very interesting stories about alpacas. Also, we went to a store about 14 minutes away to buy their alpaca gloves and socks. “Been dealing with Genthe appliance and now Kevin's appliance for years for multiple used appliances (Washer/Dryer set) , two ovens, and a fridge. My most recent purchase (a used oven) had an issue that turned up the weekend we after got it. The oven wouldn't heat past 175 and I called him on Monday morning. Someone was down in Freeport to look at it a day or two later. It turns out a valve part was needed and not available, so his guys brought down a similar oven a few days later. My point being, the business was very REASONABLE to deal with through these issues, and maybe it's just because I am a reasonable customer. I've always felt like my business matters, the folks at the store and delivery guys are very friendly. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt, we all know some people who will never be happy, and I chalk it up to them being the most vocal customers. 5/5 for Kevin's each time. I will continue to recommend them and use them.”
