Mark was so helpful, he assisted me with a bulb for my brake light. He replaced the bulb for me without hesitation. I live RIGHT down the road from Lowe's, and it had just started snowing heavily! I was going to see if I could borrow a roller to get it to my place, but the manager himself offered to load up his truck and transport it to my home on his way out.
