“Our septic stopped working on a Tuesday during the record breaking cold we experienced. Our regular septic company said they couldn't get to us until the next Tuesday. Although he normally doesn't travel quite as far as our home, Dave made us a priority and came out by Saturday. (He would have come out sooner if the temps were not -50 with the windchill.)
