“This is a fairly new and very large Home Depot that is conveniently located in Waukesha. I have always been able to find what I am looking for here and everyone always seems pretty helpful. When they first started pushing the self checkouts I was one of the hold outs, however, they have done a good job with the software and the layout so I am happy to use them now. The software is well maintained and I like the fact that it matches up my credit card with my email address and sends a receipt when I am done. This is a nice touch, especially if you are a professional customer and need to track expenses (although I am only a home DIYer). Overall this is a good location that I will continue to go to.”

The zipper broke a couple days earlier. I bought a new jacket (that they had to order online because they didn't have the size or color I wanted), and they gave me a refund on the jacket I already had. Everyone was very helpful. I visited on 11/7 during my lunch break and Jamie & the store manager (didn't catch her name) were so great. Offering to grab me new clothes, sizes, and accessories, and even though they don't carry shoes the manager was helping me decide which shoes would look great with my outfit.
