“The first time I came in to this shop was for brakes on my Town and Country. The price quoted was less than half of what a shop in Illinois quoted me. A couple of weeks later, my wife's car needed brakes. Because there was a delay in getting the parts needed, they gave me a complementary oil change. Today they fixed a check engine issue, that another shop said would be more than $1000. Their fix...less than $300. I travel from Illinois to get my vehicle serviced. Honest, fair, and responsible!”

“I used to go to Doggy Office in Butler, so glad they opened this new location. I own a wheaten terrier and their new groomer at the new location is amazing. Always happy with the cut! When we take our dog to Doggy daycare and she always has a wonderful time and they post pictures and give you updates on how everything went. Such a great place can’t say more about it!”

The fruits and vegetables is a gorgeous display of color and freshness. The meat and seafood counter goes on forever and everyone is so helpful! They handled all of the medications for our clients that we served in the Whitewater area (adults with disabilities) and the level of service and professionalism that was delivered on a consistent basis was amazing. Bob and Grant, along with all of the folks in the Long Term Care department (Denise!!) are amazing people who are always willing to do anything possible to help out. There were many, many times where we needed medications in a pinch and they were always willing to go the extra mile to help us and our clients out. I would highly recommend that any local LTC organization look into McCullough's as their provider!!”

“As I look at and visit archery shops I try to go in and ask questions and learn something new with every shop. This place was by far the best, everyone one there is professional and won’t hesitate to answer any question I had. I went in Thursday and talked to them, shot a some of the new bows and then decided to bring my bow in the next day and have it looked at seeing how two other well known shops in my area both miss diagnosed an issue I had. I had a cam lean on my Hoyt carbon element and one shop said that I couldn’t do anything about and then timed in my bow. The next shop was able to take care of the cam lean the then retimed my bow again saying it was off.... interesting enough I chalked it up to the cam lean being off and newer string stretching in... after finding marks on my bottom vanes from my target arrows I figured out it was a timing issue on my drop away. I felt comfortable and confident in bringing it to whales tales for them to look at and they found that my drop away string was too tight and was throwing my timing off. Didn’t take no time at all for him to fix it. I am bad with names and don’t recall who worked on it to give them credit. He corrected the timing and let me shoot at the range and to check out what he did to make sure it was shooting right. Low and behold the timing is now no longer an issue, I’m not hitting my drop away, and the bow is whisper quiet. This is hands down the best place I took my bow and is now my go to bow shop. Thank you for the great service.”
