Not too many reviews out there but over and over, we were told what a good guy he was and if there were any problems, he’d take care of them. I honestly can’t remember any issues we had with Toby or his crew. We did have a few hiccups with some of the subcontractors, but Toby handled it, and all issues were fixed (in all reality, they were probably not even a big deal to anyone other than me). Toby is a nice guy and if he didn’t have the answers, he’d get them for you. I liked the fact he was upfront with us, so we didn’t have any surprises. He got us in on time and on budget. I absolutely love my house and wouldn’t hesitate to use him or his crew in the future.”
