Personal service (the pharmacist even recognizes my voice on the phone) is the key here. they are always willing to go the extra mile and if I come in with 10 RXs and tell them I'll wait I rarely have time to browse the gift section before they are handed over with a smile. And speaking of the gift section, good taste is evident from the perfume counter to the fabulous napkins and soaps. And even clothing and hats.
