“The atmosphere is calm and quiet. It feels like you're in your own living room next to the fireplace. The baked goods are outstanding. The dark roast coffee is smooth and some of the best I've ever had. I asked to taste it first and received a sample. It's a very cozy place to spend a weekend morning sipping coffee, reading the paper, or chatting with a friend. There are some cute items for purchase as well. Highly recommend checking this place out! Friendly staff!”

“Excellent service and very prompt! Our toilet tank cracked & broke on a Sunday night. We have 2 bathrooms so just turned off the water to the broken one... not an emergency. We call the office on Monday morning at 9, Eric was here by 10:30 with a new toilet and had it installed by 11:30! He was very professional and personable. Great experience!!!”

“Our electricity went out and our generator failed to start. This was at 1:30 a.m. with an outdoor temperature of -20. I called the emergency line and Keith came to our house to see if he could get the generator going. He worked in that cold for over an hour until our power came back on. Even though we still need to figure out what went wrong, I can't thank Keith enough for his tenacity and dedication. We pulled him out of a nice warm bed into frigid temps and he did what he could to help us out. Kudos and thanks!”
