“Koeper Construction did an amazing job for us on a living room wall demo & rebuild, as we were in a tight spot. Recently we had to get all new windows installed and during the installation process we ran into significant dry rot problems, that were covered behind the siding. Koeper Construction was a strong referral to me and they delivered 100%. They were able to take on my job in short notice, demo a large cathedral ceiling wall and rebuild it to the exact same measurements (as I already had new windows cut to size), along with properly flashing the windows to eliminate this problem from occurring again. Their timing was immaculate as they delivered on everything we discussed up front; their quality of work, craftsmanship, pricing, professionalism and most important their dependability when I needed them most, was all superb. I will recommend Koeper Construction 100% to anyone and I look forward to a future project with them. They are a first class operation and I am very happy I chose them to do the work!”
