“This place does business the way business SHOULD be done. I had taken my son’s mountain bike to Jay’s in Reedsburg, and they spoke to me as if they didn’t even want to help at first, then said that they could make the bike “operational, and safe to ride” for around $200. I agreed to it. They had me pick it up, stating that they removed a couple links in the chain, and “serviced” it. Charged me $198. The following day, his chain broke. I took the bike to a friend (who knows bikes). He said that the chain was so bad, that the FIRST thing that should have been done was to replace that chain. He recommended Wild Side. I took it to them, and had an amazing experience: They were almost excited to work on it. They were prompt in communicating with me, asking how I would like to proceed when issues were revealed, and COMPLETELY cleaned it all up, and replaced almost all of the parts/components including new brake lines/bleeding. The bike looks and operates like brand new, and they charged me a little over $100 more than Jays did for essentially doing nothing to the bike. Needless to say: I’m a BIG fan; and guess where I’ll go when I need anything else??!?!! Several friends have already said they will be going to Wild Side with their bikes now, as well.”

“The pizza was delicious. Tons of toppings, git a GF and a 17" . Negatives , we came in and ordered carry-out, they said 20 minutes, it was 45. Place was empty and it didn't seem that there was much going on in the kitchen. Also the dining room needs the ceiling cleaned. Maybe some cleaning crew could offer them a trade for pizzas.”
