“Kudos to CSL in Milwaukee. It was a rocky beginning but supervisor Sarah made sure changes were made to ensure that all donors are being treated with respect and dignity and there not appear to be judgment. I have attended 4x with being able to provide 2x, but the team gave insight on possible causes and motivated me to return. Shout out to Amy, Larry, and the other staff especially on 5/18/2022, who kept donors entertained and pumping to keep minds off of wait time and donation time. 😀 it worked. Others who were disgruntled were offered VIP passes to return and skip a line. Cleanliness 100% and consistent. Amy and gentleman i had are the best (Poker) thus far, but I hopefully get to experience others. Larry is a hoot and with keep you going, just ask him to wait until after blood pressure to Crack you up. I feel name tags should be visible🤷 , so donors know who they can give a shout out to, because there were a few others who were very attentive. Best for last, Sarah (supervisor), contacted me to ensure issues were not just addressed, but changes made to alleviate negative experiences. Thank you Sarah. 😊”

“I think this is the better of two Kwik trips in this town. They recently put in a larger fresh case (see pic) which has everything from fresh fruit to pickles and carrots. They have a nice espresso machine (See pic) as well as brewed coffee. Lotsa add ins too. (See pic) I like honey and fresh half n half. This place has more hot sandwiches and a little seating area. Forgot to check the WiFi. If they don’t have it I will lop off a star. They do have a car wash, but being February in Wisconsin it’s closed due to -20F temps.”

“We did a full basement finishing job with Matt and RIG including 2 bedrooms, a full bath, an office, and a large living space while also working in three unfinished storage/utility areas around existing appliances/utilities. We are very happy with the outcome of the project. Our project got off to a very fast start with 2 window wells cut into the foundation, all rough framing and other rough trades in followed by drywall in a matter of 6 weeks. We then hit a road block with the finishes due to delays in material/labor/other shortages from one supplier (keep in mind this work was done in mid 2021 with significant supply chain issues across a number of industries while COVID-19 was still a thing.) While we did have some tense conversations during these extended delays with material being delivered sporadically and not to Matt's standards, Matt worked with us to get what he could installed which allowed us to move into the space. Matt then followed through, making sure everything was corrected and the finished product looks amazing.”
