“I went to Neu’s in search of hardware for my master bathroom. I had already purchased my hardware months prior from Pottery Barn, but when the carpenter was going to install the knobs and pulls, he realized the screws that were supplied were very short and not long enough for the drawers or doors. I went to two hardware stores to find longer screws with no luck, nothing would fit in the hardware. I planned on returning my Pottery Barn hardware and just getting something else from Neu’s. Unfortunately, Neu’s didn’t have enough pulls on hand that would work in my bathroom. But, to my advantage, the man working (maybe the owner or manager?...not sure of his name) looked at my Pottery Barn hardware and said that he could rethread all of my hardware and supply longer screws so that my hardware would work. That is just what he did! I have all the hardware installed on my cabinets and it looks great! The next time I need hardware, I will go straight to Neu’s! I recommend this place to anyone I know looking for hardware. They have awesome, old fashioned customer service!! Thank you so much!!!!”

“I'm an automotive painter myself, but ran out of space in my tiny booth, so I tried American Collision because the voice on the phone seemed the most knowledgeable and the most friendly. That's Merrill by the way. They painted my bumper and nailed the match without the car needing to stay there. I painted a new front splitter for my car while they had my bumper and when I got the bumper home and put the splitter next to it, it looked as if I'd sprayed both pieces myself. Not only did the paint match, but the orange peel (texture) was dead on as well. If you're not a painter, there's no way to explain just how difficult a task that is. Bravo! Now after hearing all this you may think then, that the price was high. What if I told you it wasn't? That I myself don't work this cheap? I'm not kidding. My price for the same piece is $75 more. Honest, accurate, professional, friendly and a great price to boot. Need some paint work? Go see Merrill! I will post pictures once I've installed the new pieces.”
