I fully understand why, now! He did incredible work. He is actively involved with giving a good product. My floor had to be completely replaced. While he did that, he installed floor heating, repaired numerous issues that should have been done years ago. Mark is worth every bit he charges. He stands by his word and his product. I do not see a reason to use anyone else. He is worth the wait to get on his schedule.”
