He has an awesome connection with my teenage grandchildren and talks openly about any topic with them. My family moved from Kenosha to Appleton and Milwaukee; the thought of searching for a new doctor did not cross our minds. When you find a Physician that your family is comfortable with you stay with them regardless. I was unsure how I felt about seeing Dr. Will when he joined the practice. Mark himself was here, teaching a new staff member and did an incredibly thorough job of explaining how carpet can be cleaned effectively. He was genuinely passionate about doing the job right, which was obvious to us. The carpet dried within a couple of hours and we were able to enjoy a refreshed look in all of our rooms and for all of the area rugs. He will be invited back without a doubt! Nice job, crew!”
