The lobby has coffee and drinks, but I always wait at most 2 minutes to check-in. The staff and Dr. Chicks are always friendly, helpful, and respectful. Dr. Chicks takes time during every appointment to answer my questions and explain my options. As a result, I always feel at ease during an appointment. Another bonus is the office doodle that lays around and shares snugs if wanted. My medication is costly, but Dr. Chicks helped me to enroll in a program with my insurance company and the drug manufacturer to reduce my co-pay to zero!”

“Dr Niesen repaired a botched surgery on my right knee caused by another surgeon. I was unable to walk without a walker and my implant was loose. After Dr Niesen‘a repair I am walking on my own and my leg has returned to normal use, after several years of struggling to just get through each day this Doctors hands are truly blessed and his knowledge of surgical repair and rebuilding of joints are excellent. I had Dr Niesen replace my left knee joint in spring of 2020 and my recovery was less than 6 weeks! My husband and I are thrilled with care of Dr Niesen and his entire staff at Columbus Hospital and Prairie Ridge Healthcare. They all get 5 stars in our book and we have recommended them to everyone we meet who needs to have any type of joint surgery.”

“There's lovely playground equipment, swings, a sandbox, merry go round, picnic tables, and a basketball court. It's a nice park with a lot going for it, but there's a bit of issues that make locals avoid it for other parks around the lake. To start with the basketball hoops are weird heights, and fling your ball away. You may get worse at basketball if you play here. Second, it's next to a flood plain / forest so a lot of mosquitoes. Make sure to bring or wear some bug spray. Sometimes it's not that bad with them. And lastly, it's a flood plain. This road specifically will flood if it rains for too many days. So consider the park closed on those rare days. lol”
