“Margarine-type "spread" instead of butter with the bread, and extruded soft-serve ice "cream" with the cobbler. These are my only complaints - the BBQ meats were all wonderful and didn't even really need the sauce (but were quite good with it), and the green beans and potato salad were great. The peach cobbler was tasty, even with the soft-serve product. We were there before the dinner rush and service was very fast.”

“The AV gas is not publicly available. It requires the airfield manager's credit card (some type of card, not actually credit). The airfield hosts two businesses, one is a Powered paragliding (PPG) business, the other is a skydiving one. MidwestPPG has only great instructors =) The airfield only houses a few active private planes, but it's well kept and mowed regularly. The runway is improved, and there are plenty of wind socks. Mostly microlight and ultralight class pilots fly around here, with the occasional blackhawk from racer 1 & 2.”
