Nathan & his wife Kristy are super gracious and well informed on the merchandise they carry. They have a lot of unique vintage & designer pieces that I haven't seen elsewhere in New Orleans. “They do quality and thorough work. We have an old house, built in 1900, with the old wood siding. Our first paint job failed us after a year and was chipping. Graduate Custom came and did a thorough scraping and sanding; they were diligent and not rushed. Also, they worked with us, since we only needed 2 sides of the house re-painted, and gave a fair price that we could afford. And they gave a 5 year warranty for those 2 sides of the house. They will cater the job according to your preference. We could not afford a complete clean sanding (though they can do that), but we could afford the standard scraping and sanding. Graduate has also worked with us in the past repairing and painting the old windows. They have good experience with that sort of delicate work. Overall are very pleasant to work with, and we can be confident about the quality.”
