“I really enjoyed the time I spent working with John in his wonderful studio. He is a thoughtful instructor, meeting each student where they are in their sculptural exploration—from beginners to experienced practitioners —and helping guide them to the next level. Plus he is a terrific human being! —Paul K.”

“Some art galleries stay in my memory banks forever (unlike people's names), and this place is one of them. There is so much beauty and talent in these pieces that I have trouble selecting what to purchase. The artists/owners are amazing, too. So personable you feel like you've known them for years.”

“My wife and I run a pop-up restaurant and supper club business called Mama Kong Cambodian Soul Food. We've hosted several events at Atelier 1205, and will continue to host many more. Dan and AJ are so gracious and easy to work with. They're flexible with our setup and breakdown schedules, allow us to rearrange the room to fit our needs (as long as we set it back of course!) The space is perfect for what we need. Small and intimate, but still very spacious to accommodate a long communal dining table for 25 guests. Very inviting and warm, our guests always have a really nice time. I've been to a few of their other art showings/cocktail hours as a guest, and the space has been used in various other ways. It's a blank canvas able to meet the needs of your event. Love Atelier and the team there. Book them. Now.”

“Ula Davitt was instrumental in my very first purchase of a Marc Chagall. Ula's clear knowledge of the artist and abiding love for his work coupled with her graciousness and gentle approach made acquiring this work easy. I'm thrilled with the piece and it's been fun have Ula share in the excitement with me. I've forever had fond feelings about the Martin Lawrence Gallery, a real gem here in the western suburbs. Ula Davitt only makes those fond feelings stronger. Work with her if you can--you'll be glad you did.”

“Sun Gallery is a wonderful place for local art and artists. Artists of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate in many different exhibitions held at this fun little gallery tucked into the corner of E and Main Street. The Days of the Dead exhibition is lovely....painting, sculpture...local artist and local student made! There was also food and entertainment at the opening this past weekend. Go see the show before it closes in November. You won't regret it!”
