Staff is friendly and helpful, although it seems like I hardly see the same tellers twice. They must have fairly high turnover. I didn't give it 5 stars because when it was Cooper State Bank, the hours of operation were so much better. I was very disappointed when First Merchants took over and almost immediately cut the hours.”
