It was my first time there and I was ordering a cake for a gender reveal party and some extra mini bundt cakes and balloons! So far I am very pleased with the service I have received. “Now that the construction is completed, the layout of the store is quite nice. Aisles are wide and I rarely have difficulty finding items I need. My only complaint is on my last visit an employee slammed into my hip with a long line of carts and only said "Coming in tight!" after hitting me. He realized he hit me and took off into the parking lot without another word, no apology or anything. Thankful it's only a bruise but not impressed with that type of rude behavior.”

“Girlfriend had been wanting to try this place. Saw it was open a few days ago and turned around to get some coffee. Best decision ever; I met Trixie who has a heart of gold. Provides excellent customer service. She even asked me to check the coffee to make sure it was as sweet as I wanted it. Overall; amazing. Weve been there a total of 3 times in one week. Only coffee shop for us.”

The cakes are great as well, if you visit early in the morning you can buy cakes that were made the previous day for a really deep discount. I got a large cheese cake for half the price! I've also see them advertising wedding cakes for under $100 which is a very good deal. ”

“I have gone to this location religiously for my daily coffee and smokes on my way to work. 2 months ago I had an accident and broke 4 bones in my ankle/leg and was therefore stuck at home. I've improved enough to drive to/from work, but still need help getting in/out of my truck and into any establishment. Yesterday I left work and desperately needed something from the corner store but knew I couldn't handle it alone. I decided to try something and I decided the best place to try was my old faithful...this RaceTrac location. I pulled up to the front of the store and parked in a handicap spot. I called the store and Crush, the manager, answered. I explained my situation and asked if she'd be willing to take my order (so to speak), come out to my truck to get my card, take it back in and run it, then bring me my items and card back. Without any hesitation she agreed...in the pouring rain.This is not just customer service at its finest...this is the very definition of "above and beyond". Thank you so much to Crush...and to RaceTrac for caring enough for us as customers to have someone like her managing your store. This will forever be MY RaceTrac and will always get all of my (and my coworkers in a nearby 100k sq ft warehouse) gas and corner store business!”
