My first time here I had a blueberry cake donut and a chocolate cruller. Both were moist and delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness. Some donut shops make their donuts way too sweet, not here; the donuts are fresh and made perfect all the time. This is my go to donut shop in Fairfield and if you ever get the chance to try their goodies, you'll see why!”

“We've lived in Lancaster for 2 years and have yet to visit this lovely place. Since it was the first day of spring and they offer a free scoop of ice cream I figured I would support a local establishment rather than a big national chain. It was wonderful ice cream! I also got coffee and bagels afterwards. Just across the parking lot there are a couple of adorable animals in a little fenced enclosure. Today we saw goats, a donkey, and chickens! My girls were all about that. There's also a lovely little playground with a very shallow Creek running through it. I definitely learned my lesson about not bringing Wellies on this bright sunny 45 degree day. We came home with wet feet but happy hearts. This will definitely become a place we frequent.”

The flavors they come up with are delightfully noticeable to their name and much to my sugar temper the donuts are rarely if ever overly sugared. Perfect sized donuts nothing in the name of excess and all done in good taste. The coffee and teas are very satisfactory in quality as well. Devil's Dozen certainly is heavenly. Parking can be a bit of a challenge so a short walk is sometimes included but I consider it a cross canceling of those wee tad of calories.”

“The Sweet Life Bakeshop in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania is Tiny but touts a big punch when it comes to their puddings. It's funny because you don't think of bake shop specializing in puddings but there name has grown around their banana pudding. Sadly I am not a fan of banana pudding. However the gentleman behind the counter recommended that I try there vanilla sundae pudding. Which is vanilla mousse pudding with nuts and a little bit of chocolate and caramel. They're putting czar a little bit more towards a moose than they really are a pudding but no complaints from me. The sundae was delicious I actually ended up eating it on my flight back to LA. I along with all of the people who gave them such a high rating on their pudding would have to Rave about it as well. You should definitely try it when you're in town.”
