“This isn't my favorite Publix, but that has more to do with the clientele than the employees. The staff here is friendly and helpful, but many of the customers I've encountered are rude and selfish. If you see that I'm looking at some items to decide which I would like to purchase, don't stand directly in front of me...to do the exact same thing. If you can grab and go, sure, if you're going to make decisions...stay off to the side. Also, don't cut in front of me and glare at me like I'm the bad guy for not moving faster through a grocery store. I wasn't aware this was a competition. I'm sure Guy would be proud of you, but you're annoying me. As a matter of fact, one other customer (out of more than 50) was polite and said hello. All of the others looked at me like I had three heads. Either way, the staff is very good from what I can tell, but the customers make me want to shop elsewhere. I can go deal with rude patrons at Walmart and get my food cheaper.”

“I come here almost every day. It's my creative space. The owners Judy and Brian and fantastic. They really care about their customers' experience. They always offer to make you another drink for free if you don't like the one you ordered. The staff is awesome, always a smile and great service and friendly conversation. The atmosphere is why I come back over and over. From the chairs to the decor to the music to the local artists on the wall... it's so welcoming and comfortable. I wrote a book and a play here, so it has a special place in my heart, and I'm sure I'll write many more sitting right here in this chair. :)”

Everyone said that they couldn't do it. Then we heard that there was a BJ'S fairly close. We googled it and took off. We encountered Victor, a great asset to your company! We found the correct frame right away and he popped it in and took care of us with no muss or fuss.Let me tell you. When you're far from home and need your glasses to drive back, the anxiety level is pretty high. You definitely can't enjoy your vacation. Thanks to Victor we can go on with our vacation in peace.”
