My grandparents banked with 1st bank since I could remember and they never had any other bank. That was my initial reason I went to 1st bank when my company needed a good bank to do business with. Now i have to say without a second thought or impartiality they are 100% zen. They handle issues when there are charges made to your account that shouldn't be. There aren't hidden fees on things like over drafts or because you-used-this-we-charged-you fees. Just good banking. I had charges on my account i didnt authorize and they fed exped my card to me and was here the very next day nearly. I'm here to stay.”
