“I saw some odd / unprofessional behavior at this branch. Earlier this week I saw one of your employees (long black hair) taking a picture of one of your customers in the drive through. She was using her personal phone to do so. Another time this same teller began gossiping with her coworker about a customer who had just departed the lobby. This was in view of the other branch employees and other customers. It makes me nervous for the discretion of my families finances when employees begin to behave in this manner. “I live on Longboat Key and have been banking with this bank for almost 20 years. They are like a small town bank that treat you like family even if you don’t live here. I have had accounts at other banks such as Bank of America which is the worst! Treat you like a number and extra fees for everything. I have banked out other SunTrust branches and the respect and courtesy are the same as Longboat. The one star review on here is obviously the one bad apple”
