“I was just so relieved with the way I was treated yesterday on the phone and today in person by Robert and the rest of the gang at Clearview Mall PNC branch at just about closing time on Friday, April 1st. I know what it's like to not be able to leave on time and I hate to cause others to stay late but the day didn't go as planned timewise with selling my car and things were coming close to the wire with the bank closing and trying to deposit the money from the sale of my car.
