I worked with Charlie Smith when i first signed up and was a bit skeptical - I thought the extremely friendly & helpful service was just because i was a new customer and that it wouldn't last. Well, Charlie transferred to another branch and enter Jennifer Murphy. Several years later and the service is still as good, if not better, than day one. Every interaction i've had with the staff at the Cary branch has been outstanding. They are always friendly and eager to help. And Pinnacle as a bank, could not be more small business friendly.
