SHE LOVED Adam! he made her feel comfortable right away and even helped her not only put the app on her phone but he had to help her put her finger print in the biometrics of the phone which was very difficult but, he had the patients to walk her thru it at one point even holding her thump and phone tapping it to get it to read correctly....I've never been to a bank and had such a comfortable and actually fun time there.
