The workouts are effective, challenging, and usually pretty fun. They're revamping the workouts presently as well, and they promise to be even better. Looking forward to that. Been going here on and off for about 2 years and finally got a full subscription this past summer, and it's been well-worth the cost. Edit/update: it's been about half a year since I got a full membership, normally going 4 times a week. This programming is BRUTAL but I'm probably in better shape now than when I was in the military. I'm stronger, more mobile, feel better, and look better. The flexible class times are really clutch and there aren't enough good things to say about the coaches. Everyone is helpful and encouraging while still having distinct coaching methods. Love this place.”
