“The bank seems good for the most part. My only issue is with the ATM. Apparently whoever installed that ATM thinks all the customers there drive monster trucks. Using it from a normal car window difficult because of how high up it is. Also there appears to be a sinkhole forming right where the drivers front tire would be when using the ATM tilting you even further away from it. Other than all that though it's a decent bank.”

I took it on myself to call as well and let me tell you, Lilly was THE most helpful person we have dealt with. She was able to get us the debit card ready for pickup in one single solitary day and was very kind and patient while dealing with us. 10/10, would definitely like to deal with her every time I have to call.”

“This is the only Brank in the Entire City of South El Monte. The bank is a true "Business Bank" but offers individual accounts too. The customer services is at a higher level than the "Big" banks; and they will cater to your business needs. I have had good success at all branches; but my local brank is SEM and the Manager, Mike, and his entire crew provide excellent service. This is a "relationship" bank / branch; and you can talk to real people that make real decisions; not like the WFs etc.”
