“Went in to try to transfer and close two of my accounts that I was sharing with someone else. I explained the situation to the person helping us multiple times. Supposedly got it done after I was reassured by the person helping us not once but THREE TIMES. However, when I checked my accounts the next day they were gone! Now my money is under that other person and none of my cards are useable. Frustrated and dissatisfied. Update: branch manager called me and I was able to explain my situation. I was able to go in the next day and get the problem fixed. They were very kind and understanding about the situation”

“I have been coming to this branch for the past 19 years and have never had any issues. The staff is courteous, friendly and thorough. I'm not sure when Mad Wifey went to this location, but her experience is totally out of the ordinary. The ladies and sole gentleman who work at this location are always helpful. They are not "angry witches", as Mad Wifey described them. Their actions to maintain bank policy and procedure illustrate that they are dedicated to their jobs. Unfortunately, some customers don't realize this and jump to an attitude that the tellers are picking on them for one reason or another. Remember, these tellers are doing their jobs and have to adhere to bank guidelines if they want to remain employed. As customers, we have to show patience. Many times I've seen customers walk straight up to a teller's window (barely allowing the person who was in front of them leave) without being called. Let's all demonstrate some patience no matter what businesses we frequent. Anything worth having is worth waiting for.”

“I took our young sons in to open their first bank account with their own money. I thought I had an appointment but, as it turns out, I did not. After waiting less than five minutes, Connie said that she could take care of us, even bumping a phone appointment that had been previously scheduled for another member. That's the first pleasant surprise. In the end, the entire experience was enjoyable, which I don't normally associate with banking. Connie walked my young men through everything (when I say young men, I mean early elementary school). She explained how to keep their accounts and money safe, the processes that should occur every time they visit the bank, let them make their own transactions and sign their own signatures. I was blown away. Clearly she enjoys helping children learn about how to handle their money. I will likely make any appointment our family needs with Connie. She was awesome!”
